Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds on certain products and services, subject to the following conditions:
Refunds for services rendered, such as readings or healing sessions, are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 21 days of the service delivery date to discuss your concerns and eligibility for a refund.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at akashicreading@mail.com with your order details and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including:
Downloadable digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded.
Gift cards.
Services that have already been provided and used, unless otherwise determined by Akashic Readings and Healing.
