Awakening the Divine Feminine Within

Service Description

As most of you know, I (like many women I work with) was completely operating from my masculine energy for many years. It was what led to numerous burnouts and ill health. Essentially I was 'forced' to start working with the Divine Feminine Energy Within through my connection to the Akasha (sanskrit-ether, space, sky) and I am so glad I was. My life is now filled with stronger intuition, more gratitude and love than I ever knew existed and a lot more flow and rest. Learning to surrender has been absolutely essential for me in opening up and progressing my own spiritual development journey. I have pulled together a live online 12 week intensive group programme to help those of you who wish to make the shift from operating from a masculine energy dominant perspective to a feminine energy dominant perspective, regardless of your gender. Earth herself is now feminine energy dominant so learning how to work with this energy is, I believe, essential for all. The topics we will look at in depth will include: 1. What is the feminine energy? 2. Understanding the feminine energy chakras (sacral chakra, heart chakra and third eye chakra) and the corresponding layers of the energy bodies 3. What is embodiment and why it is important on your spiritual journey? 4. Feelings and emotions-your relationship to and what they are trying to teach you 5. Tuning into and understanding intuition 6. Feminine energy archetypes and how to start working with them (including everyone's favourite-the Dark Goddess) 7. Understanding cycles and rhythms. The Moon and her role. 8. What is true rest? The importance of neutral energy 9. Kudalini and Shakti 10. Witch wounding (past life, ancestral and collective) 11. The Mother Wound (collective) 12. True desire versus egoic desire 13. Surrender, gratitude, forgiveness and compassion 14. Sexual energy 15. Boundaries and people pleasing 16. Deconstructing and deprogramming patriarchal conditioning (an introduction to as this is deep work for everyone) 17. An introduction to non duality As with all of my classes, this is designed to be packed full of activating information as well as a lot of practice suggestions for you to try to help you start connecting to the Divine Feminine Energy within.
