The Lower Astral Workshop

Service Description

My aim with this workshop is to cover what the lower astral realm (also esoterically referred to as the 8th Sphere) is. I truly believe that understanding this will help take away the fear you may have about coming into contact with this realm. We will also be covering: Working with your vibration Discernment Strengthening the heart chakra (for discernment and stronger intuition) The purpose of the lower astral realm Communication with your Spirit Guides Trickster energies I will not be covering any astral projection techniques. This workshop is aimed at those of you who work/frequent the astral realm regularly and who want to do so with a greater understanding of this aspect of it. The session will take place on zoom.
